Since April 2025, the Artistic and general direction have been (partially) compensated for this work in order to ensure a sustainable and solid organisation, by employing the two directors for 3 FTE (ca. 1,5 day/week) each. Because the non-profit association has lost its subsidies for 2026, we will no longer be able to pay the salaries from February onwards unless we find the necessary additional funding.
The labor cost per person amounts to €19.141,42 per year or €265,85 per day per person. This corresponds to a net salary of approximately €1.120 per person per month.
