The artistic and general direction of Lichtekooi has been carried out voluntarily and unpaid so far. From 2022 onwards, Lichtekooi wants to (partially) compensate this work in order to ensure a sustainable and solid organisation, but this will always depend on the available budget (through project subsidies and the supporters' webshop).
The artistic and general direction is paid by invoice at a rate of €35 per hour or €280 per day per person. This amounts to a netto fee of approximately €131,46.
